Collaborations Worldwide
I joined the Department of Psychology at the University of Notre Dame, where I trained and worked on research projects, contributing to the Happy Families Project—an initiative designed to strengthen communication tools for families. My focus has been on making the program more accessible to Spanish-speaking families and expanding its reach across the state of Indiana, connecting with my mission to support people and engage in projects with a strong social impact.

When the pandemic hit, I founded my own creative digital agency, starting by creating and implementing projects myself. Over time, I built and led a remote team, shifted into directing operations from a strategic perspective, and oversaw delivery quality. This journey allowed me to work with local companies in Peru and international clients, and later relocate to Europe to serve a growing portfolio of global partners.

I believe that even if you don’t know something, you should never just say so—learn it until you master it. I often share the story of when I was asked to work at the Arbitration Center. At first, I thought they meant refereeing soccer, since in Spanish “arbitraje” means both. Instead, I immersed myself in legal regulations, terminology, and procedures, quickly turning confusion into expertise. This led me to spearhead digital transformation in one of Latin America’s most respected institutions. My years at the Chamber of Commerce became a defining experience—teaching me to excel under pressure, manage sensitive information, master complex legal language, and build true resilience.
Core Responsibilities
Directed budgets ensuring efficiency and impact across all Marketing projects.
Spearheaded the communication strategy and launch of the “Transparency Lighthouse”, a first-of-its-kind platform revealing arbitration cases between private entities and the Peruvian State.
Built the Center’s entire digital ecosystem—website, landing pages, and social media—driving visibility and engagement.
Forged strategic partnerships with leading and international institutions to expand influence and credibility.
Trained and empowered teams, aligning talent with the Center’s digital transformation.
It’s where my strategic thinking and artistic side come together in perfect harmony.
That’s why Illustrator and I have a pretty solid relationship… most of the time. Sure, it can get moody and crash without warning (and yes, without saving my designs—designers, you feel me!), but we always find a way to make it work.
In this section, I let color do the talking. It’s a glimpse into how I express my personality through creative projects. Consider this a sneak peek into my portfolio—where strategy meets style, and ideas come to life.
